Cinderella
Aug. 7th, 2006 08:10 pmMy son got to be Cinderella today.
Since I previously complained about gender-identity stifling, I thought I should take this moment to celebrate the fact that today Mason came home from his community education class "Castles and Dragons," and proudly informed me that he was Cinderella. He even got to lose the golden slipper (apparently the instructor couldn't find a glass slipper in kid's sizes.)
And no one harassed him.
Life is good.
