Random list of things Going On
Dec. 6th, 2007 11:12 amIt's snowing.
The furance people are coming today.
Mason and I went sledding yesterday at the "Como Park Pit." V. steep. V. fun. Can't wait to do it again, though I need to bring several more changes of gloves.
It's recycling today.
Folder day at school always messes up my schedule. I got zippy-do-dah writing done this afternoon (unless crafting a gnarly question on the interview I'm doing with Jo Walton counts.) I'm kind of behind generally on Tate's writing, and so this just adds to my frustration around that.
Thanks to yet more money raining down from writerly heaven, we've actually scheduled with a contractor to come and give us an estimate on fixing our downstairs bathroom, which has been out of comission for, oh, two years now. (The big hold-up for us do-it-yourselves lesbians has been the flooring, which has rotted around the toliet. Oh, yeah, and its a plumbing job and I hate plumbing. Yeah, yeah, I know how easy it is. I just don't WANT to do it myself.)
Mason and I had a tough morning for some reason. Lots of tears and such over crises that were molehills. Incredibly frustrating, though Mrs. Reid let him come out into the hallway where I was working to give me an "I'm sorry" kiss, which was VERY sweet.
I'm apparently now a werewolf on Facebook.
