 Everything derailed in class the moment Roe v Wade was struck down. Of course, my middle schoolers heard it first.

what is there to say? to all those people who scoffed and said it would never happen, to all those senators that went ahead and approved those lying SCOTUS candidates, to all those people who thought that having a woman president was a terrible idea and so they voted for 45--you doomed us to this. i am long past the stage where i can be directly affected but i am sad and angry for every young person capable of being forced to bear a child.

I am trying not be be made idle by despair and it's difficult in times like these.
