Iron Man as The Emperor

I have to confess that I stole the pose from one of the covers IRON MAN: CIVIL WAR, so if you recognize it, that's the deal. I'm not very good at doing the action stuff without some reference, so while the image itself is original, the pose was imagined by someone else.

I'm still waffling about who best suits the Empress. I still considering Sue Richards/Invisible Woman, but I'm wondering if she's sexy enough.

Sue Richards can be VERY hot if you let her be.

Emma Frost is the canonical "too hot for you" in the Marvel Universe. What's the Empress' significance supposed to be? I don't have my tarot references nearby.

Yeah, I agree about "too hot for you," though Crowley made this card (or was it STRENGTH) into LUST and if I did that, Emma Frost/White Witch would do quite nicely.

The Empress, the way I have come to think of it, anyway, is supposed to represent the creative spark. She's sometimes depicted as literally pregnant, but she can also represent the nurturing of the creative/spiritual ideas/seeds. She is The Mother archetype, which is why I was thinking of Sue Richards/Invisible Woman. But in more and more depictions of her there's something profoundly sexually active about the Empress card... so that's what's been stumping me. Marvel, bless them, isn't all that great at giving Sue Richards her full aspect as a hottie mom, you know?

I like this card! I'm not sure about Sue Richards as the Empress, but I don't see any better alternatives. A possible reference giude can be found at:
