I find it hilarious that people are writing fanfic about 200-year old science fiction - just one more indication of what an incredibly important book Frankenstein was. And of course whatever-book-you-just read has a shoutout to Frankenstein! It has probably had a more profound influence on modern literature and pop culture than anything since The Epic of Gilgamesh (maybe that should be your next read).

ROFL after reading that AITA post!!

Does anybody belong to a book club that wants to discuss "Frankenstein: The Modern Prometheus?" I'd join just for that.
