Day in the Life of an Idiot

PVCs are "Premature Ventricular Contractions" and PACs are "Premature Atrial Contractions." It's pretty much the same thing occurring in two different parts of the heart. I have both of those, tons of them. Turns out that this is one of the least concerning forms of arrhythmia unless it is really extreme or it's an indication that something else is wrong. Not sure if PVCs/PACs are related to fluctuating blood pressure.

The heart monitor will gather lots of interesting information that should make it clearer what is going on.
