You had a whole HOUR at the Louvre? Why, we had only 45 minutes! What on earth do those trip planners think about high school students and art museums?! No, really, just 45 minutes: I took a photo of the Mona Lisa, and then I walked really fast to the Michelangelo room to look at the sculptures. I have no memory of the Mona Lisa itself. At least we had a couple of hours in the Rijksmuseum, in Amsterdam. (My trip took a week in London, Paris, & Amsterdam -- including lunch in Brussels on the day we traveled from London to Paris.)

It would be so cool for Mason to go to China! Though New York is pretty damn cool, too.
