Shawn and I discussed this (in all-caps) after our fateful incident on Victoria and Summit and we came to the conclusion that St. Paul must have outlawed ice-melt or something, because we just don't see it being used any more. I suspect it's an environmental decision, but, dang, if you're not going to use ice-melt, double-the-f*ck up on the SAND, people!!

And then it became all-caps agin....
