(Or wait, is it someone else? I think "Minnesotan public radio personality" and he's the one who leaps blindingly to mind. In Yuletide this year there were two NPR-based fics about zombies -- in one, it was This American Life and in the other it was Wait Wait Don't Tell Me. Both were hilarious. I totally bet they got passed around the office at NPR and I would not be surprised if the Wait Wait one is up on someone's office door.)
