Having One of Those Days

 Where I feel like everyone is cooler than I am. 

My big excitement this week? Rolling up a D&D character for a new campaign.

My friends: Traveling to Seoul, Korea for a writing conference, posting on FB about having had brunch at a Drag cafe, going to concerts, having just returned to their cool lives doing art, etc.

Me: But, he's an elf! And a barbarian!

Anyway, not in need of a great deal of support or advice, just wanted to acknowledge that we all have these moments and I'm having mine.

More D&D is better than getting appliances repaired...

As I mentioned above, I am finally returning to the game after many years. I was a big gamer in high school, college, and a bit after college until I rage quit a Call of Cthulhu game. I recently came back for some Star Trek RPG and am now generally hungry for role-playing.
