Curious Masonism
As I was snuggling Mason down tonight, he said, "Ima? Why does the air feel like you, when you're not there?"
At first I thought he was talking about the fact that I sometimes put a pillow or some blankets around him when I'm leaving. I do that so I can sneak out better. So, I talked about that. Then I figured maybe he was asking about why or how imagination works. So, I told him that I sometimes imagine him with me when I'm alone and I can feel his arms around me, too. That seemed to satisfy him.
The four year old mind. It's an amazing place.
