What's frustrating is that I pay for this membership. I've also been a member since 1991.

And suddenly it goes from being a comforting thing when I am in a panicked state (a nice person on the phone asking after my saftey, getting me a truck while I hold) to adding to my stress of having to navigate a website (possibly while outside, in the cold.) The website doesn't even remember what kind of car I have. I'm anonymous. Why have a membership? I mean I guess it covers the cost of the tow, but... I dunno.
