I have butter, sugar, plain flour in stock, my first thought is to grate some frozen dark chocolate into one batch and white chocolate into the other, and put the content of my herbal mint tea bags into the first batch and nuts into the second, but that'd very much be with the expectation that it might or might not turn out okay. If not, fallback would be to bother with cocoa powder and proper mint flavoring and whatever.
