I always think about doing this, as I generally cook the Full Thanksgiving for just the two of us. Sadly, the fact that T-day falls between setup and opening day of Holiday Market, less than a week after our biggest show of the year, means I have no energy for any but the mellowest of holidays: studio work in the morning while the turkey cooks, dinner around 2 pm, then a long nap til evening and leftovers for the next week.
