Como Conservatory would be an awesome spot for a wedding. A budget option I discovered while biking that would also be kind of awesome: there's a beautiful old stone picnic shelter on Picnic Island at Fort Snelling park (we'll see if it's still there when the flood recedes) with a small, rustic adjacent playground. It's lovely and the shelter has that smell of old wood smoke that you get after decades of wood fires. It's reservable for about $200 for an afternoon/evening, IIRC. I don't know if they allow booze, though.
